Train-The-Trainer
To help scale learning, there is often a Train-the-Trainer or Train-the-Facilitator component added on to the customized learning programs. Emzingo designs and builds training for a small number of your team members, supports them during pilot sessions, and acts as a group coach to ensure they master the content and can deliver the content on their own.
Create a learning Program from the Ground Up
Emzingo collaborates closely with our clients to co-create a customized learning journey specifically to "meet you where you are". This process requires trust and comfort with uncertainty to go through 4 phases (i) Needs Assessment to (ii) Roadmap and Prioritization (iii) Pilot (iv) Scale.
Experiential Learner-Centered Design (KAOSPILOT)
This 3-day course is intended to enable anyone leading a learning experience to explore experiential ways of learning in order to inspire and facilitate creativity and innovation in education. The course benefits anyone who wants to design an engaging, innovative, interactive learning environment.
