Rooted Programs

Rooted Programs are Emzingo|U’s signature experiential learning programs for universities and students.

They offer hands-on consulting projects with nonprofits and social enterprises, combined with leadership development and global learning, delivered in person or remotely.

These programs give students structured, context-rich experiences to develop professional skills, cross-cultural understanding, and responsible leadership.

  • The NexGen Leadership Program is a six-week immersive experience combining consulting projects, leadership development, and global learning for graduate students.

Fluid Programs

Fluid Programs are fully customized experiential learning experiences designed in partnership with universities.

Tailored to each institution’s goals, they range from short-term immersions to consulting projects or explorations of social impact and business ecosystems across Spain, South Africa, Peru, Mexico, and Costa Rica.

Each program is intentionally crafted to combine hands-on work, professional skill-building, and context-rich learning, offering students, faculty, and staff meaningful opportunities to engage, reflect, and grow.
